Shipping policy

 

At the moment we post orders Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only.  We will always post orders on a first come, first served basis and every order is packed and carefully checked before posting.  

This means that if its particularly busy we may not be able to get every order packed and posted in a single day, especially after busy weekends or bank holidays.  We kindly request you get your orders placed in as much time as possible to ensure they are the first ones posted out. 

 

We reserve the right to hold back orders if we deem the weather to be unsuitable for posting (e.g. its too hot or cold).
